These Moroccan leather poufs are great pieces of art that add a wonderful touch to any living space, that can be used as an ottoman, an informal stool, or extra seating for parties. It’s densely packed, so it won’t collapse when you sit on it. They’re 100% genuine leather and handcrafted from the best quality of leather that processed naturally by hand. Handmade by our artisans teams in Fes and Marrakech; individual pieces of leather are dyed to perfection, then stitched together and embroidered by hand, with a detailed geometric star pattern in the center and each one has a unique handmade pattern and drawing with natural materials. Each pouf takes several days to craft, shape, and polish, all using centuries-old secret techniques.

These poufs can be stuffed with filling of choice. Many people use old clothes, journals, but Polyfill Polyester is the lightest and most comfortable you will need 6-12 pounds.

Order Cancellations:
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Please contact us for any cancellation request.
Orders with more than 3 business days may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Returns:
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@moroccohandcrafts.com . We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges:
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
It is mandatory that you receive the authorization by contacting us before the item is sent back.
